Who we are
Cascade ("we", "us", "our") is a growth partner for contractors — we win our clients new work and run the systems and admin behind it. This policy explains how we handle your personal data.

What we collect
- Contact details you submit through our forms or email (name, email, website URL, phone, messages).
- Technical data from your visit (IP-derived region, browser, device, pages viewed) via privacy-friendly analytics.
- Client data required to deliver services you've purchased (ad account access, billing details, brand assets).
Why we use it
- To reply to enquiries and send the free review you've requested.
- To perform the services under our contract with you.
- To improve the website and measure what works (aggregate analytics).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests (replying to your enquiry, running our business), contract (delivering services you've purchased), and legal obligation (tax / accounting). We do not send marketing email without consent.
Who we share it with
Only the processors we need to operate — e.g. form handler, email provider, analytics, accounting. They process data on our instructions under written agreements. We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to 24 months. Client records: as long as required for the contract and 6 years after (accounting). You can ask us to delete earlier — see below.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal data. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We use only essential cookies needed to make the site work. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we'll ask for your consent first via a banner.
Changes
We'll update the date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days.
